Kapsalon Pronto respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process and why

  • Online booking (through our own booking system at booking.knippenpronto.nl): your name, phone number, email address and the date, time and service you choose — only to schedule and confirm your appointment and contact you about changes. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Phone or email contact: the details you share with us, to answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Website visits: technical data such as IP address and browser type, needed to display and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking data for no longer than one week after your appointment, then delete it. Details from phone or email contact are kept only as long as needed to handle your question.

Who we share data with

We use a few service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our web host (Hostinger). Our booking system was built by us and is not shared with other parties. We have agreements with our service providers about protecting your data.

Cookies and third-party services

Our website uses functional cookies needed for it to work. On our contact page we show a Google Maps map; Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and ask for data portability. Send your request to kapsalonpronto@gmail.com or call +31 20 752 2320. We respond within four weeks. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, including a secure (HTTPS) connection.
